These wonderful classes are FREE to members.

Sometimes relaxation is one of the hardest things to achieve in the fast-paced environment we live in, have you ever tried to relax or meditate, but found it really difficult? Or have you found the exercises were not actually relaxing? Well, you are not alone!! You CAN learn to relax.

In this class, you will practice techniques that are easy and effective so you can learn to relax on your own whenever you want to.
There are limited spaces so early booking is recommended.

Pilates Classes

Pilates classes ARE BACK!

Starting on TUESDAY 26th MARCH. Every TUESDAY (9.30am – 10.30am) and SATURDAY (11.45am – 12.30pm). Please book with our friendly reception team on 01625 704777.

Only £5 per class!

Pilates is a soft exercise concentrating on strengthening the body. There is an emphasis on the core and it helps to improve general fitness and overall wellbeing.

Pilates concentrates on posture, balance, and flexibility. Pilates is great for anyone who is worried about injury or has an existing injury, to help strengthen muscles around the injured area.

Pilates also focuses on the mind-body connection. It’s a great exercise to focus on the breath and the way your body moves.
